Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all regularly stocked products. There are no returns on special order products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unopened packaging.

To start a return, contact us at sales@tilede.com  Please let us know the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The quantity of items you wish to return.
  3. The reason for your return

Once confirmed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form should be included with the material being returned. Please note the following important information.

  1. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the freight on returns.
  2. A 25% re-stock fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
  3. Broken or damaged tile will not be refunded.
  4. Samples are not able to be returned for a refund.
  5. No returns on loose tile or less than carton sales.
  6. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  7. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

It is very important that you take extreme care in packaging and protecting any items that you are returning as tile is inherently fragile (until installed). We recommend that you insure your return and track it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
