Step 1: Selections
Your custom project starts with choosing the perfect material and design.
Visit any of our showrooms throughout Delaware, where our experienced designers will guide you through an extensive selection of granite, quartzite, marble, quartz, porcelain, and more.
Our Wilmington Showroom offers a full indoor slab gallery and a remnant yard for smaller projects on a budget.
Step 2: Estimate/Quote
Once you've selected your materials and have supplied us with a rough sketch or layout of your space, our team will provide a detailed estimate for your project.
Once you review the quote and are ready to move forward, we will get you scheduled for a template!
Step 3: Templating
Our templating process ensures a perfect fit for your custom installation. We schedule a visit to come and take precise measurements of your space.
At this point the templater will discuss all of the fine details of your project, from confirming your sink and faucet, to the edge detail you chose.
Before we arrive, you'll receive a pre-template checklist to ensure everything is ready for the templating process.
Step 4: Approval
You will approve your template on site. If needed, we provide an e-template file for your final approval.
At this stage, you can upgrade your experience by including a SlabSmith layout. This tool allows you to visualize how your chosen slabs will be cut and installed. The layout will be sent via email within a few days after the template has been completed.
After viewing the layout, you’ll sign off on the design, giving us the green light to begin fabrication.
Step 5: Fabrication
In our state-of-the-art facility, we turn your vision into reality.
Our team expertly fabricates your slabs, carefully cutting, polishing, and refining each piece to your specifications.
Whether it's adding intricate edge details or ensuring a flawless finish, every step is handled with precision and care.
Step 6: Installation
When your custom slabs are ready, we’ll schedule an installation date that works for you.
Our skilled installation team ensures everything is seamlessly installed, delivering a beautiful, high-quality result.
Prior to installation, we provide another pre-install checklist to help you prepare.
Step 7: Enjoy Your Completed Project
Now that your project is complete, it's time to enjoy your stunning new space.
We’ll provide tips on how to care for and maintain your surfaces, ensuring they stay beautiful for years to come.
