Tile Market of Delaware, Inc. warrants to the owner that at its option will repair or replace, without charge, a countertop piece installed by our company if it fails due to any manufacturing defect, except for damage caused by chemical or physical use or abuse. This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement, including required labor charges of the countertop piece. The term of this warranty is ten years from the date of your signed contract and it is for indoor residential installations only. This warranty is only valid for countertop installations that have been paid in full.

Tile Market of Delaware, Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Tile Market countertop in question. If we elect to replace the damaged countertop, we will supply a countertop of similar quality and similar (but not necessarily identical) appearance. In the event of a repair or replacement of a warranted counter top, the removal and or replacement of anything that has been installed on top of or above (i.e. backsplash or cabinets) is the sole responsibility of the home owner.

This warranty does not cover countertops that have been moved from their original installed location, and it does not cover the natural characteristics of stone, which include, but are not limited to, color variations, water lines, surface marks, scratches, fissures and crystals coming out. This warranty does not cover problems related to sinks that have been removed or dismounted for any reason, including plumbing purposes, since the original installation date. This warranty also does not cover damage to your countertop caused by items out of our control, such as house settlement, fires, tornados, or other acts of nature.

No implied or expressed warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose is covered by this warranty except as expressly stated herein. Tile Market of Delaware, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use your granite countertop.

Protect Plus Surfaces ("PPS") warrants to you that your natural stone countertops that have been treated with STONTECH® BulletProof® Sealer by an approved applicator prior to or at the time of installation of the product (a "Covered Product") will be resistant to stains caused by common food and beverages for the warranty period described in the flyer you receive with your countertop. Your warranty is subject to the terms, conditions limitations and exclusions described in the flyer.
