How will my order ship?

Online Orders- Small orders will ship via UPS and larger orders will ship via common carrier such as FedEx or UPS Freight. The customer is responsible for the freight charge.

Phone or Showroom Orders- These orders will be given the option to be shipped via UPS, Common Carrier, Tile Market Delivery Truck (with in our coverage area), or showroom/warehouse pick up.

What is a vendor freight charge?

Vendor freight charges are freight charges charged by our vendor to ship product to one of our warehouse locations. These are typically incurred on special order items or expedited items and the customer is responsible for the cost.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not directly, however we do work with freight forwarders to accomplish such requests. Please contact customer service for details 302-777-4663.

Do you offer warehouse pick up?

Yes. Many of our products are available for pick up at one of our warehouses. We transfer orders daily to all locations. Please contact customer service for details 302-777-4663.

How should I prepare for a delivery?

Freight shipments are curbside deliveries so you will need to be prepared to move the material from your curb to inside your house.

Tile Market truck deliveries are either curbside or driveway deliveries depending upon accessibility and customer preference. It is the customers sole responsibility to determine the suitability of their driveway for such deliveries. The weight of the truck and the impact of the lift gate on some driveways will cause indentations, chips, and possible other damage. Tile Market is not responsible for such damage if it occurs.

How should I inspect my shipment?

1. Make sure the pallet is intact and there is no obvious damage. If there is obvious damage, take photos prior to unwrapping your delivery.

2. Cut the shrink wrap and inspect the items, confirming all carton and piece counts. Verify that you received the correct material. This should be done immediately upon receip

3. If you find any damage, missing material, or incorrect quantities, please note them on the receipt with the driver. If it is a freight shipment do not refuse delivery. Instead receive it and call us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. If it is a Tile Market delivery truck, your driver will handle the issue.
